I had two really good diet days! I feel pretty confident about my ability to lose the weight this time. My main goals to get started off on the right food include:
1. taking a vitamin daily
2. drinking a high protein/low carb drink daily for breakfast
3. increase my water intake
4. exercise for even 10 minutes a day (obviously would like this to be more, but 10 minutes seems realistic for me at this point)
5. Do not eat anything after 7 pm
6. Follow the basic Weight Watchers plan, as I am very familiar with it and have had great success on it. **Will discuss my previous weight journeys in another post**
I watched "The Biggest Loser" last night. That show is really incredible. I love watching everyone realize their dreams. Unfortunately, I think it is a little unrealistic for the average person watching not to be discouraged that they don't have those type of weight loss results each week. I am not going to be discouraged though. I am going to get back down to the perfect size for ME. I am actually really excited about my weight loss journey this time. I don't feel burdened, I feel motivated.
