super power

I feel like I have a super power!!! Our church hosts a Thanksgiving eve service every year, which we attended last night. Following the service, everyone enjoyed a massive amount of awesome pies! My husband even had 4 pieces. I resisted! I don't know how I did it except for a super power :)! I even made frosted Thanksgiving cookies this morning with my daughter and didn't touch one drop of frosting (a personal miracle for me). I haven't tackled the meal yet today but feel pretty sure of myself. My mother in law is even making me a separate sweet potato and baked potato so I won't be tempted to east all the buttered ones. I am so proud of myself. I am so motivated to lose weight this time. That's it for now. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
